Quick answers
How do I back up my data?
Open Settings → Backup and tap Export ZIP. Save the file to iCloud Drive, AirDrop, or anywhere else under your control.
I lost my data after a reset
AutoKeep stores everything on your device. Without a ZIP export, lost data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting weekly.
Reminder didn't fire
Check Settings → Notifications → AutoKeep on iOS. Notifications must be enabled, and the device must be unlocked to deliver scheduled alerts.
App won't open
Force-quit (swipe up on the app card) and relaunch. If the issue persists, reinstall — your local data will be lost unless you exported a ZIP first.
Multi-vehicle?
Yes — unlimited vehicles, each with its own isolated history, fuel log, reminders, and analytics. Tap the garage icon to switch.
Do you have an Android version?
Not at this time. AutoKeep is iOS-only.
